Saltash Foodbank's Drop-In Centre has now re-opened. Clients are, once again, able to collect their food parcels. We maintain Covid-Safe practices.

Thank you for thinking about volunteering at Saltash Foodbank. We will be welcoming new volunteer applications in 2023.

Volunteer Drivers

Although many clients are now able to collect their food parcels, some people (e.g. those with disabilities) still require deliveries. Help is urgently needed to increase our excellent Delivery Team. Positions are also available for drivers to collect from supermarket collection points in Saltash and in Plymouth, various days available with flexible times.

Warehouse Volunteer

We need help to weigh, sort and store donated food before it is made into parcels for clients to collect. You could help in this vital work to ensure we have the right food available at all times.

Agency coordinator

Saltash Foodbank works with front line agencies who refer clients to us. In this role you would be keeping in touch with these agencies to make sure we have their correct details on our database.

Web Editor

Our local website needs constant attention. Could your digital skills help communicate our message to a local and global audience? You will need to know a little about websites and ideally have experience of using WordPress (though training and support is available).

If you are interested in volunteering please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
